Green or Purple Room Reservations

How to make a reservation

  • Read over the policies below prior to requesting a reservation.

  • Fill out the form to make your request. An email and invoice will be sent to confirm this reservation.

  • Include your NAME, PHONE NUMBER, NUMBER OF PEOPLE in your group, and which ROOM YOU ARE REQUESTING (see room descriptions below).

Policies

  • Reservations must be made AT LEAST 24 hours in advance via email.
  • A minimum of 4 adults is required to make a reservation.
  • Reservations are $25 per hour.
  • Rooms are not available for reservations before 12pm on Fri, Sat, & Sun.
  • SDC can provide special services such as catering and airpots for your group. Please inquire upon email request.

Rent Sweet Donkey for Your Event

Perfect for parties, bridal showers, wedding receptions, birthdays and other gatherings!

How to request an event rental

  • Read over the policies below prior to requesting a reservation.

  • Fill out the form to make your request. A member of our team will reach out about the reservation; no event rentals are confirmed until payment is received.

  • Reservations are available for full venue rental between 5 pm-11 pm.

Policies

  • Cost: $500 for 2-hour minimum ($200 for each additional hour)
  • $100 cleaning fee
  • Includes 2 staff members (extra fee for additional staff)
  • Events are limited to 85 guests at a time
  • Catering welcome, suggestions upon request
  • Full espresso bar
  • Beer and wine only; alcohol must be purchased from Sweet Donkey and not from outside, in accordance with our permit
  • Discounts available on case purchases
  • Leftovers are property of the party host
  • Reservations are made when full payment is received
  • Tab must be paid at the end of the event
  • Host must remain until the end of the reservation period

The Green Room

This room comfortably seats 12 people around three large tables. Each table seats 4 people or they may be pushed together to form one larger conference-style table. This room is also equipped with a large 4x8ft whiteboard for discussions, sketches, or presentation displays. Though we do not offer AV equipment, the Green Room has many outlets to accomodate multiple devices.

The Purple Room

The Purple Room comfortably seats 7 people in a more relaxed atmosphere. This room has one large leather sofa and four upholstered chairs centered around a large coffee table. The Purple Room is perfect for casual meetings, book clubs, or small social gatherings.
